Sling for match shooting No1 Mk III*

the M1/M14 slings weren't issued or used with the SMLE. The M1907 and Bren sling were issued/used.

I have no doubt about that, but the OP asked what the best Sling was for Match shooting that Rifle and I merely gave him my Opinion, having been there and done that.
