    Tough one to figure. Wartime date on it, but may not be military.
    Bottom line says Fujigura (Fuji storehouse) Showa 17 Nen (1942)
    In the box, Shin (report) 2 Ryu (2 style, 2nd style?)
    I suppose the empty area is where something is written in or stamped.

    The charcters on the upper corner, can't read the first one, second one may read "pull", maybe referring to the drawstring.

    I could be wrong in my translation, so anybody else can correct me here.
