Jim,

You only said you'd have one, not that you preferred it over GI. If it was less money then a shooter I might consider one as a beater too.

I don't think anyone is chastising anyone else. Seems we all just think GI is a better, cheaper and as reliable choice.

Heck, I have a Liberator pistol. At one time I had two of them. Talk about a cheaply made GI pick of junk. But it will serve it's intended application, for at least 18 rounds anyway. That's when my other one broke all the welds and turned into pieces. There are times when GI is not the best choice. Then again it was made as a throw a way piece.

Of course GI is better. I'd just have taken this one because shooting it won't damage what's a collectors gun around here. A GI costs about twice that around me. We don't have the US market to choose from.
