It's got Mk2 fore-end fitted which would indicate that it's a Mk1/2 or 1/3 rifle although not necessarily I hasten to add! If it's a BSA FTR it would tell me that this was a commercial post-war rebuild contract for an overseas buyer and not a UKicon Military contract as ours went through our own Ordnance Factories to keep them employed.
