Since I'm the new guy on the block, I came here to learn about Enfields, but I also have an interest in American guns. Actually, I like them all.
Never met a gun, that I didn't like

Interesting - Lee Enfields almost as popular as US arms. I also have been bitten by the LE bug, but only have 4 at the moment - all in .303. Still, they are out numbered by, in order, US, Soviet
Mosin Nagants, Mausers of all types.

Welcome aboard! We have a lot in common!
I spent some time at Ft Rucker so I'm familiar with the Dothan area, used to roller skate at the rink in Dothan.
I collect WW 2 German, US, Brit u. ruskie weapons u. misc items.
For WW2 reenacting I do 3/506th and Fallschirmjager. I have a couple of registered vet bring backs to include a bnz 43 MP 40, but I usualy use my MP 43 for reeenacting, I like it better.
I also have a Dnepr combi and a chicom copy. I have an MG 42 to eventually mount on the Dnepr. Have the mount, just haven't gotton around to installing it yet.

My major interests at this time are Mosins (all variations) and Mausers (again, all variations). I need more focus otherwise I'll go into debt trying to collect everything.

my desire for a no1 mk3 lee enfield rekindled my interest in shooting, with the intention of just getting one center fire rifle, but now i want the whole "set". le, p14, ross and martini enfield... i can see a no4 mk1 in my future too...
if the laws here allowed them i'd love to add a bren and a lewis to the wish list too, plus of course an owen, but they are not even worth pipe dreaming about in Australia
.
i would love to try out a whole cross section of milsurp firearms, but for now i plan to stick strictly to .303 .
if i ever go for a handgun licence the first cab off the rank will be a .445 webley mkVI (1917 dated if possible) as my grandfather bought one on the docks when he disembarked from his hospital ship in sydney in 1941. (the one he was issued went into the harbour at singapore before they left) his is now owned by my uncle and will go to his son, so one that is the same will have to do me.
