My First M1 Carbine, Opions Wanted

The typical marks in the sling well are simply not there - not even 'IO'. I think, IIRC, that the early ones should have the small Ordnance 'bomb' and other marks on the ramp. Also the Type II or III signature on the nose as already mentioned. Too questionable.
