On the other hand, nice BAR sling. You don't see lots of those.

We've seen that top picture before, I think it's mislabeled. Could be wrong, but I believe it was from Europe.....Frank

Speaking of the top again Frank, this time I notice his piling swivel has gone...I wonder which landing he's just come from? With his lifebelt, self-inverting still on...?

Judging from the woolie scarf, the field jacket, gloves, and the way he's bundled up for warmth I'd guess a (possibly opposed) Rhine or other river crossing.
