Okay, here's the full story on the shoot.
2014 marks several significant anniversaries, not the least of which is the start of the Great War. To acknowledge these significant moments in our history, and building on the successful Ross Rifle event in 2013, another vintage battle rifle shoot will take place this year – once again on the Alberta Fullbore Rifle Association (AFRA) 900-metre range at the Alberta Provincial Rifle Association (APRA) Homestead shooting facility west of Calgary, and under their auspices.
Several classes of rifle are eligible for this event. Prizes will be awarded but a big focus of this event is to just hang out, have some fun, and talk about our rifles.
This two-day event will take place June 28 and 29, 2014. Space is limited, so pre-registration is recommended.
