The only No4's that had piling swivels were the 1930's trial models.
The Turkishicon version is properly called a stacking bar as they had mousers before they got No4's I have one with that, but I just could not stomach the sewn on "RAG" they called a sling, so I cut it off. Installed a proper web sling on it.
