Got her out to the woods today ! Sweet shooter she is !! Only got to fire about a dozen rounds of full power loads after a half dozen reduced loads.
I shot the 1909 as well, and helped a buddy sight in his 270 and 30-06 before the rain storm shut us down. Franken-Gun is the bottom one.

It's been several months since my last post, been busy payin the mortgage and feedin the teenager. But I found some Hornady .312" SST 150 grn's and some Accurate 2495 which has proved to be the most accurate, although more testing is in order, I think I have a good deer or bear (black) load. 150's for deer, 180's for bear. The proof is on the plate. That is at 70 yards or so with iron sights !!
