Just thought I'd let everyone know that I'm the one who took the photos posted in this thread and posted them at the CMP forum CMP Forums - View Single Post - Slide Q in 2012.

I also posted this at the end of that post

I bought two slides just to make these pictures and put some time into taking and composing the shots so if you share them please give credit where credit is due. Thanks.
