Contest to rename the idiot scratch

Since the soldier using it is really the final inspector before it's used for its intended purpose is it safe to call it "the final inspection stamp"( though not a stamp at all) ?

Reread my post and came up with "final inspection mark" or " GI inspection mark"( a take off from Scott's GI scratch)
