Boyds are a POS . Rear bolt hole is mis drilled.Rear bushing hole will need reboring realighing & reset with accuraglass , poor fit at the rear tang . Just in case others were planning to order a boyd . Look on Epay or Broker for a GI Keystone ,The extra you pay is worth it in the long run

The wood is soft and recoil setback occurs. I had the wood behind the recoil lug crack through and shift. I had to pin and glass bed the action areas, plus re-align the rear bolt hole.
