Need a 1907 style 1" sling
Does any one know of a decent one? I want it for a .22 that is just too small for a 1.25 sling.
All I can find that are 1" are poor quality slings.

I do not have one but their holsters are well made.

I've had some Uncle Mikes slings for over 25 years and they're great...

I have one of the Uncle Mikes slings but the keepers are too big and the hooks don't stay hooked. I guess I could try to fix it.

Must be a newer one...mine are about perfect. They've been well used too and no grief.

The sling itself actually looks to be of pretty good quality.
The hooks are a little straighter than the hooks on my others. That might account for the not staying put.
The keepers on the other hand are way too big and have the ends butted together not overlapped like my others. They are stapled together not sewn.

I think mine are stapled with a little diamond shaped staple.

Mine has those same staples. They seem plenty strong. I'll try to undo them so I can tighten the keepers. Can't hurt.
