    WTK M30 Scope and Mount for a Cannon? What do I have here?

    I got this from a Military collector who is liquidating his collection.

    What do I have here?

    I need to know it's use and value. It appears to be for a cannon.

    The scope has an electrical connection. I think it need 3 brass nuts.

    Two of the 3 mounting legs are covered in wax paper. The collector unwrapped on leg that has some rust. The paint on the scope has flaked off. The collector told me it looked brand new when he got it. I used the optics and it looks good.
