The Form 6 import permit requires attachments from the seller and can be shipped at any point once it's approved. I've never heard of the 60 day thing.

I just got an approved import permit back in 18 days using e-forms. It is really easy to use. I attached a copy of the order from the seller. The permit is valid for 12 months after the date of approval.

E-forms is great. The only problem is I end up spending way too much now that it’s so easy.
