Years ago at a gun show I had bought a charger load with 7.5 swiss cartridges. I am assuming this is not the GP11 ammo that I buy for my K31icon.
I am using the charger with my K31 and GP11 rounds but I have kept the original cartridges. the headstamp is D 5 S
24
My understanding from my searching is that this is : It was produced in May 1924. The "D" stands for "Dornach" and the "S" stands for Soluthorn.
I want to confirm what type is this round? GP1890, GP1890/23 or GP11?
Can I fire this in my 1889 Schmidt-Rubin? I have never fired this gun
