I can't find the badge but I can tell you a couple of things...the clutch pin was in use during WW2 and here are examples. Patches and Distinctive Unit Insignia Also Paul's theory of the double pin is correct for at least more recent badges, the ones I took from Ft Wainwright Alaska in 1974/5 are of that variety. I'm not sure this is foreign, but if you look at ROK shoulder badges, they greatly resemble US issue.
