Edited a WWII 101st vet interview for the GCA
Journal, he related a story where a guy coming off guard duty woke his relief by prodding him with the barrel of his grease gun... it went off and emptied the magazine into the guy's stomach, killing him. The vet said nobody talked to the shooter for the rest of the war.
Real men measure once and cut.
