Identify this power

This is a French rifle black powder that is still in production (near Strasbourg). The grains are fairly coarse and it is appropriately used for long-range BPCRs or muzzle loaders such as the cal.58 Enfields. BP does not suffer chemical degeneration, as it is a mixture, not a compound. So if it has been kept dry and is not badly clumped, then it should still be usable. If you have no use for it, give it to a BPCR or muzzle-loading rifle shooter.
