Remington M1934
In the discussion that I read on the Remington M1934 Honduras 7mm Rifle, I note that the records at Remington are not definite. I have serial number 5305. The last 5 appears to
have a faint 7 under it. The bridge of the receiver is stamped " MODEL OF 1934 REMOINGTON 7 M-M".. there are no import markings. You can see the M1917 parts used. The butt plate is solid with no opening for access to the cleaning equipment in the butt stock.
Hope this may shed some more light on this peace.

Old Guy in East Texas
Hello. Obviously I have just joined and as a Senior Cit I don't have any experience with forums. Hope to cure that deficiency as soon as possible. I am interested in WW1 and 2 long and short arms. Right now I am starting a hunt for No.4 MK1* wood and metal for a Savage restoration. I will to keep my postings short and not too inane. Any advice is very welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome Eggy, good to see you found it there is a wealth of info here whatever your tastes...... regarding your scope you need to look down the main forum (home page) or click on the link,
~Angel~'s 'Match Making' Service (REPLY ONLY) just ask if anyone has or seen it... Peter ladler on the forum has repaired many and has a record of all the ones he has worked on, put a post on the enfield forum also.
hope its still out there like you say probably on top of a bunny rifle or similar.......

New to the site
Hello all, new to the site and fairly new to surplus collecting. Got my first (Mosin 91/30) a couple of years ago, and also have an Olviedo 1916 Mauser and just got an SKS a few days ago. Already learned a lot on here and am looking forward to lots more info.
