#4 mk2 safety question
I have seen different safeties for the #4 so I would like to know which one would be correct for the #4 mk2.

According to the parts list, the authoritative bible in the event of any dispute, then the part is assembly B1/CR 63 SA (for sub-assembly) which consists of the lever locking (CR340) and the safety catch (CR343). That is the only one listed for the No4 Mk2 rifle. But...... In the real world of Armourers shops around the world where we want the stuff in, fixed properly and back out into the hands of the soldiers then any one of the several variables is as good as any of the others!
The safety catch is pretty standard but the 'correct' lever has a rounded thumb part, serrated around the top which is approx .25" wide

The safety pieces may not be marked with the part numbers indicated by Peter, but they should be marked with an "F" on each.
