alice mag pouch 4 20 round mags

I am looking to find a couple of these 5280 nylon type ammo pouches. The number i see inside of the cover is...
    dsa 100-09-C-2177-0465-935-6780

This pouch holds 4 twenty round mags. Anybody know anything about these or where to get a couple?
