That's not a Webley, it's a little Enfield No2 Mk1** linished to within an inch of its little life and blued. Missing the foresight (or has that too been filed down to within an inch of its life too?). But it has had Mod3 done. The left grip cleared to allow the thumb to operate the barrel catch
