    Had a chance to bob the hammer and smooth the trigger last night. Bobbing the hammer was the old school way of dealing with a faulty SA or to make a revolver more concealable. This hammer I did for demonstration since it's not going on the gun.
    First just make the curve or line you want.

    I use a Dremel with a cut off wheel to make the initial cut and turn it horizontally and move back and forth to remove the bulk of material.

    And finally 220 grit sandpaper to finish it off.

    This trigger is going on the gun and since serrated triggers can make you finger real sore real quick so,, grind 'em off.
    Again the Dremel this time with a grinding wheel. Just grind the serrations off slowly and stop. Then a sanding drum with 220 grit to get your final shape. Finish off with 220 grit wrapped around a wood dowel. Easy as pie.

    All the tools I used minus the cutoff wheel,,,,if you don't have a two foot long pipe wrench forget about doing this,,,your not manly enough....
