    Looking for a foregrip...

I know the M1icon did not come with one, but am hoping somebody here will have an idea. I bought an "Owens" slider and it feels like it needs a "Tommy gun" looking fore-end grip to be right. This stock seems to be made from nylon or ABS and has a nice flat base on which to mount one, should I ever be able to find one with (at least) the same angle of the rear grip.

I've asked my local dealer, but I don't think he's understanding what I'm looking for. I'm pretty good at adapting stuff to fit, so anything close that might work will be looked at.

    Thanks!

Maybe you can cobble one out of an AR grip? You should be able to take the top down a bit and make a top plate with nut up? There are others for AR that might be do-able too...

You know, you see M1A1icon pistol grips for sale separately. Buy one of them and modify it. That would look sorta cool...

what is that "lump" under the gun for (south of the hand guard)? Actually pretty simple, put a small picatinny rail on the bottom of that and attach an ar foward grip

Funny you mention that, was looking on E-Bay today and found several likely candidates that fit a Pic rail. That "lump" is the fore grip. If you look down inside with the action removed, it's a hollowed out compartment with 3 reinforcement walls. Perfect for a Weaver or Pic rail...
