M1 with CASM Scope Mount

Have not encountered that mount before. But similar in concept to an older, smaller mount that's no longer available:








It's main drama was the occasional loosening of the "slop takeup" set screws, but a wee bit of Loctite sorted that worry. Wouldn't do for a conventional scope set-up, but it's been useful!
