Just remember BD that Roo has no fat so be careful cooking them, wrapped in bacon is the way I do them

Great lean meat, the roo's are only accepted to be processed for consumption if head shot no neck or chest shots and before the greenies get onto my case the Kangaroo is not endangered on the mainland not the 2 common types anyway the red and the grey in fact down our way in one shire the grey are considered a nuisance pest and farmers can shoot'em at will. Roo tail soup is yumo my auntie cooked it as a favourite on a cold winters night when I stayed with them in Northampton and Bilbarin in W.A wheatbelt that and main geese, sheep, rabbit and jilgies from the dam with home grown vegetables it was just grand
