3. Would it bring a price premium? Depends on details. Just because the parts are all SC does not ensure "correct" in the eyes of a collector. The trigger guard is a great example. It might be correct for a late production rifle, but completely wrong for early production. Also, the mismatched bolt generates some questions about its rebuild status. Detailed photos would really be necessary to determine if it falls into the typical $650-$850 or if it has value beyond that.

Significantly? Probably not. In a marketplace with quite a few quality 1903A3's, you would need to replace that single heat treat bolt just to avoid getting passed over. In other words, having the completely wrong bolt will hold you below value while the correct bolt will simply keep the sell price commensurate with the overall condition and configuration of the rifle. Only my opinion.
