Training Rifle Questions

Two weeks ago I'd never even seen a Type 30 rifle of any type. Then found the barreled action of the training rifle and today I snagged a real one at auction. Photos in a new thread to follow shortly. Rifle has a nice bore although a rather unique looking rifling. I do not believe the bolt matches but the other numbers appear to match each other but not the serial which is normal. I have not taken it apart. Does not seem to have any active rust and no major pitting to speak of. Has a nice brass tipped cleaning rod. So I don't think I'll proceed further with the training rifle restoration unless something falls into my lap.
