The trouble with the idea of a list of this that and the other is that it is never up to date. And another that everone should be wary of is that such a list goes against the grain of anyone who believes in democracy. That a democracy tells you what you CANNOT do. An autocracy tells you what you CAN do.

In respect to TBox's (ooooops, sorry TBox, I meant AdeE) idea in thread21, that's all very well, but a Judge making his observations in a case where something is ambiguous or unclear, can always make HIS decision the final one as we saw in the ridiculous decision of having to have a dealers cert for every County in which you deal........
