Wikipedia (yeah I know) lists her as a small "c" conservative. 30 years as mayor and a city that has been debt free for the same is a pretty impressive achievement.

We don't get politicians like her because we don't vote for them. We believe the fairy tales they tell us. Hence we get Obamanations.
