Jeez, all these MOH citations are extraordinary, and they don't tell the half of it. I did research on Hector Cafferata's medal at the Chosin, the citation says he killed more than 15 of the enemy. The guy who put him in for it says he thought the number was "more than 100" but cut it to 35 because he didn't think it would be believed. The committee cut that in half. Actually, it was more than 200 for sure.
