With the help of moderator diopter I was able to work up a load for this rifle belonging to a client. I used new PRVI brass, WLR primers, Sierra 180g SBT bullets and IMR 4064 powder. The powder charges were 35.5, 36.0, 36.5 and 37.0, five rounds of each charge were loaded (charges are left to right on targets shown). All were fired at 50Y from a bench, I was surprised at the mild recoil. This rifle has a great trigger. I had a tough time holding elevation having to hold low off target do to the 300m sights. I wanted to keep the rounds on the target so I would have "hard" records. The last target was shot using a 2.5" orange sticker below the paper's edge and gave a good aiming point. This is the load I'll proceed with.

Looks like 2 nodes one at 35.5gn and the other at 37gn going on the size of the group laterally the lighter load looks better but like you said holding off was a tad difficult to guess nice groups

Badger; thank you my journey with this rifle will be over all too soon. Once I confirm a load and load 100 rounds it will be returned to its owner, I will be a bit sad.
Cinders; before the next test I will figure a better aiming point, thank you for your positive input.

There is a cure for that Stevegun 1 the K-31 Swiss are still reasonable in price, the guys at my club that have them well they just shoot so well bit boring really as I like the 303's with a 10 shot as when we have a speed shoot unrestricted mag capacity (We are banned from assault style weapons in SA or FA) that's where the edge comes in mind you the Swiss troop are buying mags instead of the pressed cardboard stripper clips apparently they are a collectible now.
