The Hungarian Snipers in the US will not have the stock or receiver number. Scope numbers have no relation to the numbers on the gun.

Your barrel prefix code, BC, is correct for the M52 Sniper serial block. The base, mount and scope are real, as is the rest of the gun. It looks legitimate to me.
