    M1 Carbine Description

We ALL read Descriptions on M1icon Carbines everywhere. This one here makes me want to Stand Guard outside my Front Door. It's also a nice little Import Carbine but a little Overpriced for me !

Not bad looking for a Blue Sky import. As for price! Is he asking a buyer to pay the import fees or all the info that tells you where it may have been and what it can be used for in case the buyer wants to save the US single handed. Yes, what a description!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it has that ugly BLUE SKY repark, one of those that you know is a BLUE SKY before you see the BLUE SKY BILLBOARD on the barrel. Love his line "if you are local email me and we can see if we can meet in person or meet so you can see in person"............pretty sure I DO NOT want to meet him in person.

On the fateful day of doom, I will meet him. I'll just hand him one of my M1icon Carbines and let him do his thing. Sounds like he's thought it all through.

The stocks been sanded so much that the recoil lug towers above the wood line. Same with the bottom of the trigger guard area...so much wood removed, the bottom of the stock in the slide cutout must be wafer thin.

Just being stamped Blue Sky doesn't necessarily make it not worth having. It may not be as pretty to look at, but I've seen some great shooters with that import mark. One was a 2" bench rest with metal sights at 100 yards. Starting at $1,150 may not be value for price.

As a retired cop (long out of police work, 20 years now...) I can remember more than one occasion when someone I was meeting for the first time told me a lot more about themselves than they ever meant to.... I have no beef with anyone trying to get the most out of whatever they're selling - but this kind of stuff, up front, won't be drawing any contact from me.... Hope he or she is able to sell the item, can't think of anyone I know who'd be a buyer, though.

It is dated on the barrel next to the flaming Balm 5-44...
Ah, the old flaming balm. I tell ya, I've seen it a million times.

I don't understand why he persists on the high price when relisting. If he just look around at other listings for import carbines. Of course, his ramblings don't necessarily suggest total rationality...
