Here's the missing slide show link. Maybe the mod could put it in as we can't edit.

Supercub, That is about as nice as it gets. You did a great job on the stock. I know it takes a lot more time and effort to bring together than most people realize. It looks like you used all top notch components to start with. Kudos! Salt Flat

Absolutely all top notch! I'm hoping the twist rate will be good for heavy bullets and longer ranges.
Let us know how that goes!

Thanks guys, it's very special considering you both have an appreciation for what it really takes in time and sometimes just a little luck.
A guy on another forum came up with a floor plate for the trigger guard, it was missing it when I bought that. He went to the trouble of sending a picture of several so I could pick out the one that best matched the finish. Little things like that make it special to be a part of this community.

The #8 profile barrel has a 1-10 twist rate and it's 26 inches. So far I've shot 150, 155 and 180's with the same grouping. All at 100-112 yards as that's max at the local range. Sometime this spring I'll take it up North to another venue that has a 300 yard range and see how it does. The 80 yard target was a day when the wind was knocking everything over beyond that. H4831sc and Varget are the favored powders so far.

Most of my projects go in the restoration vs. build direction, so normally I reserve comment. But dang. It's difficult to argue with results like that. Nice job.

Same here Martin, I've worked on a number of restoration so this was new territory for me. I've always been somewhat intrigued with the Mann Accuracy guns and of course the well done sporters from the masters and others. This is a one off combination of both I guess. I will say, it's become one of my most favorites and a lot of fun to shoot.
