1891 Argentine Carbine

Pretty worn, a bit carved, but all metal is there, and numbers match so far. A good project for a shooter. 4-groove barrel slugs to .311, so I'll get some Montana Bullet Works 0.312" 180 gr LRN GCs and work on some <2300 fps loads.

then, gotta see how it shoots with FMJs. Thinking I may go with 4064 for the LRN, and maybe BLC2 for the FMJs. More reading to do!!
