M1 Garand sniper scope Telescope M84 - for parts?

Found this in a parts bin at a recent estate sale. What you see here is all I've got. Seems to be missing the eye piece/lens on one end (threads are intact).
Also, looks like previous owner attempted to remove existing lens, and damaged the cap.

Serial Number on ID plate: 36828
Serial number stamped into mount: 7667424

SARCO at one time had all of the parts for the M84 scopes. At one time the only way to get adjustment covers was to take the whole adjustment turret!.. with years of sales and moving to Easton, PA they may be out our just plain can't find them....

Sarco was only twelve miles from my house when I lived in N.J., so I visited them quite often. I bought the last four original adj covers ( the base supports were installed)that they had in stock way back in 1999. Looking at my sales slip I paid $37.50 per cover/support, $3.00 per cover spring , and $1.50 per pin. The covers they now sell (when available) are repros. Some of the lens components and other misc parts are originals. Ask, they will tell you if the parts you want are original.
