After 100+ years of development and a few wars and skirmishes in between with the Lee Enfield line all of a sudden this x-pert finds there is a problem!!! ( X = an unknown factor, Spert = A drip under pressure.)

Do we need one? Sounds like advice from the grand master of stock shimming. I like how he also states how he doesn't know how many times he's had to fix or find replacement wood. I wonder if it was only because he didn't take the fore stock off first?
