if you put the sling through the washing machine two or three times then hang it on the line in the sun for a few days it will loose that brand new look.

oooops. i was thinking it was a webbing sling not leather. leather might require some experimentation first.

Apparently, it should work with leather also. I'll probably give it a try. All kinds of suggestions for leather but washing and sun are the two at the top of the list. I think I'll skip dragging it by a rope behind the car.
