Unknown mag loader?

It LOOKS like a loader for the French MAT 49 SMG. There has been a huge release of the tan leather pouches for Mags, & cleaning kits released onto the market over the last few years.
The 2 piece cleaning rods have been listed on 'That' Auction site, as for the Sten Gun. Which is totally incorrect, as the Sten had a 1 piece rod!

My Money is on the MAT 49!......
