When I did my Combat Int Course we spent a lot of time on AFV, and our instructors decided to even run the obscure trenching vehicles, odd psuedo-proto types, and junk like that. The AFV in that course started with the 1950's equipment, like the BTR-50, T54/55 series and roll forward, this truck above just didn't "look Russian" to me, so I figured it was some East German Post-war cobbled-up commercial vehicle.
