The selector is pinned to only allow S/R positioning. The trigger mech lock pin is welded in place. Because I couldn't disassemble it to look at the whole affair, I'm not sure if they did something to the sear and trigger as well. The pistol grip screw was also tacked at the head so you couldn't put an Allen into it to remove it. I could perhaps have stripped them and welded them back in but it would have been a moot point. That was back in the mid '90s too, it's been a while. It was a nice gun though. You remember I'm sure. I always liked the UKtrigger better, it was curved like they should be.
