    The export process to the UKicon from the USAicon is not too bad but does require some effort and costs some money. You should contact spikedd who's a frequent visitor here. He has a very nice all matched No.4T for sale. There's a thread full of photos here and comments too if someone knows how to resurrect it. Give him a PM and see.
