New Guy
Just found your Forum. Have started collecting vintage 1911's after 25 plus years of collecting old duck decoys. Lots of new information to learn. Jim

Hello!
Hello everyone!
New collector/shooter, always have been interested in older milsurps and the evolution of firearms from the napoleonic era up to WW2. Most of my time is spent on trying to rebuild my 1944 LE no1 Mk3 (stuck finding woods, any help would be nice) and finding new projects and builds!

Hello, new to this forum. Would like to know how to mount a Colt 3 x 20 handle mount
I have a Colt 3 x 20 handle mount scope for the AR15's, but would like to know if there is an adapter to mount it to the new AR15's with the flat, weaver mount? I guess that is the A3? I have had it for many years, great scope, but would like to use it on my newer gun. I have looked for mounts, but all leads come back to the handle mount. Any ideas?

New to Milsurp
Hello everyone and thank goodness I found your site! I got my rifle many, many years ago from an antique shop. It had been "sporterized" by someone very inept at doing so! I've since transformed the rifle into my pig hunting rifle and it's done very good at that assignment. I need help in identifying the model rifle I have as I'd like to get some more magazines for it. I will be posting a thread to that end if I can't work my way through the search function and find the info I need. Thanks for what looks to be a great site!
