Mukti Bahini Sterlings?
Does anyone know who supplied the Mukti Bahini with Mk4 Sterlings?

Likely the Indian army...
If they were smart, probably some of the 30,000 Sterlings supplied to India in the early 1960s.

I can't imagine it would have been anyone else besides India.

Look at the blokes right shoe. Looks like he's stood on an AP mine! Or has he shot his foot off during day 1 of his weapon handling class?

Trick of the light I think chaps, it looks more like he's got got dog poop over his shoe and the bayonet touting Stirling and spare mag show its not gone down too well..

But the bayonet still has the scabbard on and the mag stuck in his pants belt wouldn't last past the first few steps...I don't think he's done more than pick that up for the photo op.
