The hardest thing about collecting is the theme I started with 303's then decided to go with large Nitros and Large Metrics but as time went on it morphed into an eclectic type of mix cannon shells, DEFA's, mortars, and others.
I am still pushing for NE rounds but they are so scarce here when you do get them they cost you plenty. The others apart from ball are equally hard to get I watch your USA& Canadian
vids seeing all the good ammo you can buy like AP, AP Incd, Tracer and so on makes me green with envy. Also the hardest part of collecting is saying no because I think all of us are bitten with the bug possibly going by the motto of "Grab it whilst you can we will sort it tomorrow.
I do have .455's stashed away 20 or 30 cannot remember mainly leads with some nickle, I love scrounging through boxes especially when you find a real piece that makes the scrounge all the worthwhile effort.
Mores the pity we are not closer Jim be good to swap out stuff that we have to much of that the other may be missing.
Sorry henryr I am a copper person it is just the patina they get, some of the 215 nickles I have are like a spotted hyena the main thing is we all enjoy collecting and sharing our finds and collections this is the way to go.Information
