I'm curious - is there any possibility those Korean Carbines and Garands could show up as parts kits? I don't know of any companies making kits over there, but Inland (for those willing to risk) would probably sell bare Carbine receivers if there is a market, and there are options for barrels.

with easy access to semi and fully automatic firearms are the criminal fraternity. For some reason they didn't hand them in and still freely import them.
