Hello,
I'm looking for some help with the ID of a bbl. It appears to be hammer forged, had some type of foresight sleeve or clamp at one time and has the following specs:
Caliber: 7.62mm (marked on bbl)
Length: 26 13/16" muzzle to shoulder, 27 1/2" muzzle to end of threads.
Weight: 69.9 oz (4lbs 5.9oz)
Dimensions: 3/4" at muzzle, 1 1/4" at shoulder, has a gradual taper from muzzle to approx 25 1/8" and then flares to shoulder for last 1 1/2" (approx).
Markings: "FB613" (poss EB613) near mid-bbl, "V" near chamber, the following markings over chamber: "7.62 M/M", "2.01*", "NP", unidentifiable mark over "89" and "20 TONS".
When I set the bbl in an Enfield Enforcer stock and handguard, the horizontal edges of the stock and handguard do not touch/come together.
Any info would be much appreciated.
Thanks much.
